Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry or enroll, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the program you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. During a program, our assessments may ask about your income, expenses, debts, savings, credit history, and financial goals.
Information collected automatically. Our website and our hosting provider log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
Information from payment and financing providers. When you pay, our payment processor and, if you choose it, a pay-over-time provider such as Affirm, share limited transaction information with us (for example, whether a payment succeeded). We do not receive or store your full card number or your credit application details.
3. What we do not collect or do
We do not pull your credit report, we do not access your credit file, and we do not dispute items with credit bureaus on your behalf. Any credit report information we discuss during an educational session is information you choose to share with us.

- To process payments and, where you request it, to pass the transaction amount to a third-party financing provider.

5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent needed:
- Hosting and form handling — our website host, which processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Payment processing — our payment processor, which handles card and checkout data directly.
- Pay-over-time providers — if you select financing at checkout, the provider receives the purchase amount and the information you submit to it directly. Its use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Email and scheduling tools — used to contact you and schedule sessions.

Our website loads Google Fonts for typography and, on pages that display pay-over-time messaging, a script from Affirm that calculates and displays estimated monthly payment amounts. Inquiry information is kept for up to 24 months if you do not enroll. Program records, assessments, and transaction records are kept for at least the period required by applicable tax and recordkeeping rules, generally seven years, and then deleted or anonymized.
